Glenn Edwards is the founder and Director of The Eye International Photography Festival taking place in Aberystwyth Arts Centre, one of the UK’s finest facilities.

A weekend full of exhibitions, portfolio reviews, workshops, cinema and talks by some of the worlds most acclaimed photographers.

Past guests have included Magnum photographers David Hurn and Ian Berry, World Press Award winners Laura Pannack and Justin Maxon, Human Planet ‘s Timothy Allen, and revered landscape photographer Charlie Waite to name a few.

World renowned Nick Danziger, who is also exhibiting his incredible ten year  ‘ Revisited ‘  project exploring whether the Millennium Goals have succeeded, multi award winning Zed Nelson, iconic rock photographer Jill Furmanovsky and Rhodri Jones who was described by Magnum’s Philip Jones Griffiths as ‘ a welsh poet with a camera ‘ are attending in 2016, and if you are interested in sport then come and listen to Rebecca Naden’s tales from the touchline as she tells of her career photographing some of the most important sporting events of the last 25 years. Picture Editor Sophie Batterbury, Welsh collective A Fine Beginning and Russian Maria Gruzdeva are completing the line up.
