Glenn has worked as a professional photographer for 30 years on commercial, press and photojournalism commissions all over the world.
He has passed those skills onto newspaper photographers, students and individuals.
Through The Thomson Foundation, workshops have been carried out with The Trust newspaper in Nigeria, The Times in Malawi, a media workshop in The Maldives and for Abu Dhabi Police in The Emirates.
In 2018, for The British Council and The Thomson Foundation a photojournalism workshop in Beirut is taking place with photographers from Lebanon, Yemen and Syria.
He is an HPL lecturer at South Wales University, Cardiff on photojournalism.

Exciting news - The first story telling weekend workshop will take place in Brighton. I will be working with the great press photographer Scott Ramsey on a weekend of photography learning.
Brighton - Saturday 18th - Sunday 19th August on the weekend of the Thai Festival giving plenty of photo opportunities. More information will follow soon
